Refund Policy
At Ignite Webs, we are committed to providing high-quality website design and development services. Our goal is to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the final product. However, we understand that situations may arise where a client may wish to request a refund. Our refund policy is outlined below:
Initial Payment and Project Commencement:
All projects require an initial deposit before work begins. This deposit covers planning, consultation, design drafts, and initial development work.
Refund Eligibility:
- If a client decides to cancel the project before any work has commenced, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
- If the project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, only 50% of the total project cost will be refunded. This accounts for the time, effort, and resources invested in the project up to that point.
- If the project has been substantially completed (i.e., more than 50% of the work is done), no refund will be issued.
Refund Request Procedure:
To request a refund, clients must:

- Clearly state the reason for dissatisfaction or cancellation.
- Allow us a reasonable period to review the request and determine refund eligibility.
Revisions and Resolution:
Before a refund is issued, we encourage clients to communicate any concerns so we can make necessary revisions or adjustments. We strive to work closely with our clients to deliver a final product that meets their expectations.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are non-refundable:
- Any third-party costs, including domain registration, hosting services, or premium plugins/themes purchased on behalf of the client.
- Additional services outside the original project scope.
- Completed website projects that have been delivered and approved.
